We understand the importance of assisting clients with zoning and regulatory analyses to explore the development potential of a site. Awareness of unique development options and of potential impediments can guide the decision-making process to avoid costly mistakes and make more accurate decisions regarding the development potential of a project site. This preliminary site review can include site plan design studies as well as initial discussions with regulatory agencies, local communities and elected officials.

Master Planning, architectural design and Programming

coach-1The crucial first step in any design project is to fully understand clients' programmatic requirements - the size and function of each space. We work closely with our clients on this phase to achieve an aesthetically pleasing as well as highly functional building or space.

project management

Architectural projects often require a strong consultant team. We work with our clients to select the most effective team of consultants based on the needs of each project.  Consultants may include structural, mechanical and civil engineers as well as other specialists that might be required. We produce complete construction documents, geared to minimize changes during the construction process.

public participation

Building consensus around a project is an essential step to its eventual success. We often coordinate and facilitate community workshops and design charrettes, perform conflict assessments, and assist in consensus building and/or mediation. By involving stakeholders at the early stages of a project we can help to minimize conflicts during the approval process, thereby increasing the likelihood of community satisfaction and project authorization.
